Shipping policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Method: We ship all orders via USPS. After processing, items typically arrive within 12 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • Damages: Ambitious Beautique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Lost/Missing Deliveries: For any issues with delivery, including lost or missing packages, please contact USPS to open a claim. Ambitious Beautique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
